This is an exclusive PLÀCID FERRER product. It is a lance that cuts, perforates, and melts any highly resistant material at a high temperature (3000º). It is simple to use and the possibilities that it offers the different industrial sectors are many.

ADVANTAGES

• Simple to use. Easy to light and no special training is required for the personnel who use it.
  
  
• It allows getting to difficult-to-reach places and working under different conditions: in the air, under water, etc. It is possible to splice lances together and thus have a better supply.
  
  
• The basic technical equipment necessary for working is not sophisticated. The lance operator only needs, for working under normal conditions (on premises or outside), the equipment required according to legislation in force.
  
  
• It is not noisy and does not vibrate. This allows working without problems in inhabited areas.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

The lance is 17-mm in diameter and 3 meters long (other lengths can be made subject to order).

Its operation is based on the oxy-thermal principle, meaning a thermo-chemical reaction. The combustion oxygen is injected at one end, causing the electrode to burn, which allows reaching a temperature that exceeds 3000º.

The lance can be used in any position, horizontal or vertical, and its yield is optimal in a slightly inclined, horizontal position. The lance is easily and quickly lit.

The oxygen pressure for operating the lance correctly is between 4 and 7 K / cm2. It can operate at up to 12K / cm2, but using the threaded-type lance and fastening clips.
